Home Care Services
This agency can provide a service or a combination of services in your home, all under the direction of a physician. Working with your doctor, our qualified staff will plan, coordinate and provide care tailored to your specific needs.
Registered Nurses & Licensed Practical Nurses
Experienced, licensed professionals who will assist you, your family and your physician with planning, coordination, and management of your care. Services include (but are NOT limited to):

Wound care of any type: surgical incision, pressure ulcers, wounds including vacuum assisted closure (Wound VAC certified)

Intravenous therapy (TPN, hydration, antibiotic therapy)

Laboratory draws in conjunction with need for skilled nursing or therapy

Enteral feeding via PEG/G-tube

Suprapubic/Foley catheter care and management, providing instructions for intermittent catheterization to ensure client/caregiver is self-sufficient with procedure

Ostomy care and management including colostomy, ileostomy and ureterostomy

Oxygen therapy education and management
Physical Therapy
Assessment and planning with patient/caregiver regarding activities and terapeutic treatment. Coordination of therapy and plan of care with your physician and team members. Patient and family education and provision of equipment and treatments to increase patient's function and independence including:

Anodyne Therapy

Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation

Functional mobility training

Certified in LSVT "Big" therapy for Parkinson's patients
Occupational Therapy

Assist clients to improve upper extremity functions

Restore, improve, and develop techniques to cope with activities of daily living affected by illness or injury

Evaluate client recovery and adaptive skills regarding speech deficiency affected by illness or injury.

Provide education and therapeutic exercises to improve speech and swallowing
