About Primary Choice Home Care

 

Primary Choice Home Care of Michigan provides quality and compassionate health care in the home. Our agency currently serves Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, and Washtenaw counties.  We are owned by a Registered Nurse with 42 years of experience and 15 years of knowledge in the home health care industry. Primary Choice is Medicare-certified and accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP). Our experienced health care professionals are subject to comprehensive background checks and screenings to ensure that we consistently deliver high-quality and trustworthy care.
